  • 250 ml Skimmed or Semi skimmed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter smooth
  • 1 Sliced frozen banana

Instructions

  • Add the milk into the blender
  • Add the sliced frozen banana into blender
  • Add the peanut butter
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into glass
