Cinnamon coriander tea
Coriander leaves are great for making a lovely tasting tea

- 4 sprigs Cilantro or Coriander
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 500 ml Hot not boiling water
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)
Remove the coriander leaves from the sprigs
Put leaves in the bottom of the cafetiere
Boil water in a kettle or saucepan, and let it slightly cool for about 2 minutes. Then pour into the cafetiere
Add cinnamon stick
If you would like a sweeter flavour add the maple syrup or honey and stir.
Leave to flavour for 5 – 7 minutes
Then gently push the cafetiere down and pour into tea cup or mug
