  • 250 ml Coconut water
  • 2 Mandarins
  • 2 Pineapple slices
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour the coconut water into the blender
  • Add the mandarin pieces
  • And add the pineapple slices, protein powder and ice cubes
  • Blend until smooth
  • Drink and enjoy
