Germidour garlic roast salmon
Very easy to make healthy meal. The Germidour garlic is ideal when combined with salmon & lemon because of it's mild subtle garlic flavour.

1 Oven or Air Fryer
1 Baking tray
1 Kitchen foil
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 2 cloves Germidour garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Fresh Oregano
Prepare the ingredients – crush the garlic and slice the lemon
Put the salmon on the kitchen foil and Rub the olive oil onto the salmon
Sprinkle the garlic, salt, pepper and oregano onto the salmon. Put the lemon slices on top
Close the kitchen foil on top until sealed
Put in a preheated oven or air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
