Iced tarragon tea

Great summer drink with a lovely, unique flavour. Using the 'king of herbs' the iced tarragon tea is easy to make.

Equipment

  • 1 Kettle
  • 1 Cafetiere or tea pot

Ingredients

  • 4 Lime
  • 2 tbsp tarragon leaves
  • 2 tea bags Green Tea
  • 1 litre Hot not boiling water

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients
    - Wash & slice the limes.
    - Remove the tarragon leaves from the stems
  • Add the limes, leaves and tea bags into the cafetiere
  • Add 1 litre hot but not boiling water
  • Let cool in a fridge for 12 to 24 hours,
    Pour through a sieve onto a glass filled with ice
