Oregano lemon lemonade
A very refreshing drink giving a real taste of summer

Ingredients

Lemon

Fresh Oregano

Instructions
Wash and cut the lemon into bits.

Put in a bowl and squeeze the lemons (to release the juice) until they start to break up.
Add the sugar, mix with a spoon and leave for a few hours to release the flavour.

Peel the oregano leaves from the sprigs.
2 sprigs Fresh Oregano
Remove the lemon skin and pips from the bowl and add the oregano.
Use the blender to cut into small bits (or I just use a shake blender)
Pour through a sieve and add water and ice cubes.
