  • 1 Blender or smoothie maker

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Shake mix powder
  • 2 tbsp Protein drink mix
  • 250 ml Water

Instructions

  • For best results blend with a hand whisk or blender.
  • Make Sure the Water is Cold
  • Any of the mix powder flavours will work
  • The Protein Drink Mix will make for a 'thick & creamy shake' - use protein powder if you prefer a thinner shake
