Rosemary chicken in tomato sauce

1 large frying pan & lid
1 Chef Knife
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 Onion
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Rosemary Finely chopped
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- 100 ml Dry white wine
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Spicy italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepper to taste
Prepare the ingredients
Pick the rosemary and remove the leaves from the stem
Peel & chop the onion and garlic
Chop the rosemary into small pieces
Prepare the chicken
Cover the chicken breasts in the spicy Italian seasoning
Heat the frying pan and add the olive oil and chicken breasts
Fry for 5 minutes on both sides until brown (Don’t worry about the middle)
Finish the recipe
Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry for another 3 minutes
Add the tomatoes, wine & rosemary and cover the pan with the lid
Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
