Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 1 Bunch Dill
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Prepare the marinade.

  • Wash the lemons and scrape the zest. Squeeze half a lemon for juice. Chop the dill and garlic into small pieces. Add the ingredients with olive oil into a bowl and mix well.

Flavour the salmon

  • Cover the salmon with the marinade. Cover with cling film (or put in a zip lock bag) and store in a fridge for about 1 hour to get the maximum flavour.

Cook the salmon

  • Put the salmon in an air fryer (or pre-heated oven) and cook for 12 to 15 minutes
