Spinach kiwi smoothie

- 250 ml Low fat milk or oat milk Or coconut water
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 1 Kiwi
- 100 g Frozen pineapple
Wash the spinach and chop into piece. Peel the kiwi
Add the Spinach and kiwi.
Then add the pineapple or blueberries.
Blend until smooth
Pour and enjoy.
