  • 250 ml Low fat milk or oat milk Or coconut water
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 100 g Frozen pineapple

Instructions

  • Wash the spinach and chop into piece. Peel the kiwi
  • Add the Spinach and kiwi.
  • Then add the pineapple or blueberries.
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour and enjoy.
