Thai basil leaves

Instructions
1. Prepare ingredients
Squeeze the lemon juice from the lemon
Remove the Thai basil Leaves from the plant. Roughen the leaves a bit – by clapping or gently rubbing them in your hands.
2. Make the core Thai basil tea
Put the Thai basil leaves in the bottom of the cafetiere
Add boiling water and stir. Leave to flavour for 3 – 5 minutes
3. Finalise the tea
Add the lemon juice and honey and stir.
Gently push the cafetiere down and pour into tea cup or mug
