Equipment

  • 1 Blender or smoothie maker

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Low fat milk or oat milk
  • 1/2 cup Crushed pineapple
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 Fresh ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder optional
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into the blender
  • Add the Pineapple, orange and Banana
  • Optionally also add the protein powder and ice cubes
  • Blend until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
  • Pour and enjoy
