Tropical Fruit Shake

- 250 ml Low fat milk or oat milk
- 1/2 cup Crushed pineapple
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 Fresh ripe banana
- 1 tbsp Protein powder optional
- 4-6 ice cubes
Pour the milk into the blender
Add the Pineapple, orange and Banana
Optionally also add the protein powder and ice cubes
Blend until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Pour and enjoy
