Warm raspberry sauce
Quick & easy to make and a spectacular looking dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Raspberries

g
jam sugar

tbsp
Lemon juice
(1/2 lemon)
Instructions
Squeeze the lemon juice and (if required) defrost the raspberries.
Add all the ingredients into the saucepan and heat to boiling.
Boil for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
Let it cool for a little while to help it thicken.
Put 2 or 3 balls of ice cream into a bowl and pour over the warm sauce.
Optionally - top with whipped cream
