  • 250 ml Milk
  • 50 g Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 Fresh ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Pour milk into blender
  • Add the Frozen Blueberries and then the Banana
  • Add the protein powder and then honey
  • Blend until smooth
  • Drink after breakfast and/or exercise
