- 1/2 Fresh ripe banana
- 1 tbsp Protein powder
- 1 tsp Honey
Pour milk into blender
Add the Frozen Blueberries and then the Banana
Add the protein powder and then honey
Blend until smooth
Drink after breakfast and/or exercise
