  • 1 Blender or smoothie maker

Ingredients

  • 225 ml Orange juice
  • 3 tbsp 0 % fat Greek yoghurt
  • 50 g Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 Fresh ripe banana

Instructions

  • Pour the orange juice into the blender
  • Add the Greek Yoghurt
  • Then also add the blueberries and banana
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour and enjoy
