How to make a banana peanut butter shake

You will need the following ingredients

  • 250 ml Skimmed or semi-skimmed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1 Sliced Frozen Banana

Instructions

  • Add the milk into the blender
  • Add the banana and peanut butter into blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into glass
