  • 250 ml Low fat milk or oat milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender as shown in the video, or use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.
  • Blend until your shake is smooth and has a creamy texture.
