Combining Greek yoghurt & orange juice will make a lovely smoothie, especially when adding other fruits..

Itโ€™s easy to make and ideal when:

  • Blended with Blueberries & banana
  • Or strawberries or other fruits.

Orange juice is great for making smoothies.The recipe below shows how to use it to make a yoghurt & orange juice smoothie โ€“ but there are lots of other fruits you can use to make your own preferred flavour. Such as blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, etc.

How to make an Yoghurt & Orange juice smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 225 ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • 3 tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 50 g Frozen Blueberries
  • 21/2 Fresh banana

Equipment

  • Blender

Instructions

  • Pour the orange juice into the blender.
  • Add the Greek Yoghurt.
  • Also add the Blueberries and Banana.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy
