How to make Tropical fruit shake

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml low fat milk or soya milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 Orange – peeled and deseeded
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder (optional)

Equipment

  • Blender or Hand Whisk

Instructions

  • Add the milk into the blender
  • Add the crushed pineapple, orange and banana
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour and enjoy
